2.A=B 5 layer brown standard waterproof carton especially for exporting.

When receiving the parcel, please check in the face of  the devery man. 

If the packing box is damaged, pls ask the devery company to report the item as damaged,

And request proof of your request in writing.

take photos of the broken item, inside and outside of packing box;

A3:   Yes, both 110V and 220V are available. Just telng us your voltage after placing order.

 

 

Q4:  Does chandeer include bulbs?

A4:  No, chandeer does Not include bulbs. Because bulbs is very fragile in transport.

        So you'd better buy the bulbs in your local store. (E12 for 110V; E14 for 220V)
